Cancellation Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS / CONTRACT TERMS 1. Purpose of the Service TNF Experience offers private transportation services, transfers, and customized tours on the island of Tenerife, primarily departing from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Booking any service implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. Reservation and Deposit Payment To confirm the date and time of a service, a €25 reservation fee must be paid, which serves as: Confirmation of availability. Schedule reservation. Commitment to book on the part of the customer. The reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been received. 3. Nature of the reservation fee The amount paid as a reservation fee: Is deducted from the total price of the contracted service. Constitutes a confirmation deposit in accordance with Article 1124 of the Civil Code. Compensates for the unavailability of the service to other customers during the reserved period. 4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy In the event of cancellation by the customer: If canceled more than 48 hours in advance, the reservation may be rescheduled to another date (subject to availability). If canceled less than 48 hours in advance, the reservation fee is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show on the day of the service, the €25 fee will not be refunded. This policy is justified by the loss of business opportunity and the exclusive reservation of the contracted time slot. 5. Payment of the remaining balance The remaining balance for the service must be paid on the day of the service using one of the available payment methods: Cash Credit/debit card Bizum Bank transfer 6. Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article 103.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the service is related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance. Since this is a service with a specific date reserved by the customer, withdrawal is not permitted once the reservation has been confirmed. 7. Liability TNF Experience undertakes to provide the service with professionalism, punctuality, and safety. The customer must: Provide accurate information. Arrive at the agreed location and time. 8. Jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, both parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with current regulations.
