TERMS AND CONDITIONS – TNF EXPERIENCE
1. Purpose of the service
TNF Experience offers private transport services, transfers and personalized tours on the island of Tenerife, mainly departing from Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Contracting any service implies full acceptance of these conditions.
2. Booking and deposit payment
To confirm the date and time of a service, a booking fee of €25 is required, which acts as:
Confirmation of availability.
Agenda blocking.
Client's commitment to hire.
The reservation is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
3. Nature of the booking fee
The amount paid as a reservation deposit:
It is deducted from the total price of the contracted service.
It has the character of a confirmatory sign in accordance with article 1124 of the Civil Code.
It compensates for the unavailability of the service to other customers during the reserved period.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
In case of cancellation by the customer:
If cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, the reservation may be moved to another date (subject to availability).
If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the booking fee will not be refundable.
In case of non-show on the day of the service (“no show”), the €25 fee will not be refunded.
This policy is justified by the loss of commercial opportunity and the exclusive reservation of the contracted time slot.
5. Payment of the remaining amount
The remaining amount for the service will be paid on the day of the service using the available methods: Cash, Card, Bizum, Bank Transfer.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal will not apply when the service is related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution.
Since this is a service with a specific date booked by the customer, cancellation is not possible once the booking has been confirmed.
7. Responsibility
TNF Experience is committed to providing the service with professionalism, punctuality and safety.
The client must:
Provide accurate information.
Arrive at the agreed place and time.
8. Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, both parties submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals in accordance with current regulations.
